his September the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus in Scheveningen, The Hague will once again set the stage for the Neutral Peering Days.
The Neutral Peering Days 2018 will bring together NL-ix members and partners and the international peering, ICT & interconnection community. For two days, leading industry experts will share their visions on the latest market and technological developments with senior-level attendees from around the world. This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever. For the first time, the 2018 conference will be built around two parallel programs:
Track One will be the familiar Peering Program, covering the latest global developments and collaborations in networking, peering and traffic standards, management and architecture. On the first day the focus will be on the international interconnection
landscape. On the second day we will go completely Tech!
On the first day of Track Two we will focus on the new and exciting ways in which Digital
Transformation is changing the interconnection needs of enterprises and ISPs alike. The
Interconnected era offers a multitude of opportunities, but it also brings about threats.
On the second day we will focus on: Security in the Interconnected Era.
The second ‘What the Hack’ – the hugely successful live anti-DDOS hackathon – will take place at the same time, bringing together the brightest and best data security problem-solvers.
And to top it all off, the always popular Late Summer Drink will take place on the Thursday evening. With close to 400 guests attending last year (despite some seriously heavy weather!) this is one sociable evening you won’t want to miss!
The new twin-track conference provides a unique opportunity for you to meet your peers and as one of last year’s delegates said: “the whole event did a great job of promoting and encouraging collaboration across the critical ecosystems.” In addition to the conference program, the venue and schedule are designed to offer plenty of places and opportunities for networking and one-on-one meetings.
Let’s meet in The Hague!
